What We Offer
New Orchard Farm is a small development of 4 luxury lodges set around a coarse fishing lake in the beautiful North Somerset Countryside.
Just a short drive from the seaside town of Weston super Mare, New Orchard Farm is easily accessible from J21 of the M5 and Bristol Airport.
Set in an idyllic rural location, all lodges have a decked veranda with patio furniture, with amazing views of the lake and surrounding countryside. Unfortunately we do not accept dogs.
Two miles down the road is Puxton Park Adventure Park, which has been awarded the Quality Rose Marque. The world famous Thatchers Cider farm, which boasts a luxurious restaurant and cider shop, is a short drive away. Six miles away is the traditional seaside town of Weston super Mare which has something for everyone. Miles of sandy beaches, the completely rebuilt Grand Pier, plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes, together with the Weston Wheel (March – September), Pirate Adventureland and crazy golf.
Coarse Fishing Lake
Our lake is not open to the general public, so if you are wanting to fish you and your fellow lodge guests will have the whole lake to yourselves. Stocked with bream, perch, roach, rudd, tench and carp the lake was created 10 years ago and is a beautiful place to fish.
Superbly Equipped Lodges
Our superb lodges all contain a well-equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine, spacious lounge area with ample seating for 6 people, colour TV, electric fire, family bathroom and three bedrooms, including one with en-suite facilities.
Fuel, power, bedding and towels included (small surcharge during winter months for 24-hour heating).
Ample off-road parking for 2 vehicles, shop 2 miles, pub 10 mins walk.

Master En-Suite
King sized bed with en-suite shower room
The master en-suite room includes a colour TV, hairdryer, ample wardrobe and drawer space and is fully carpeted.
2 x Twin Bedrooms
Twin beds
Twin room 1 includes small wardrobe and drawers and is fully carpeted.
Twin room 2 has a vanity unit with mirror over, cupboards over the beds, a wardrobe and drawer storage.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Full sized cooker and hob and full sized fridge freezer
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, enough crockery, glassware and cutlery for 6, plenty of pots and pans and a small amount of cleaning materials.
Other Rooms
Dining Room, Utility Room and Family Bathroom
The dining area comprises a wooden table with 6 comfortable dining chairs.
A utility room that includes a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and clothes airer.
Large family bathroom comprising toilet, wash hand basin and a full sized bath with shower over.
